DWW is a new "non" club, devoid of the complications arising from politics and the contentiousness governing bodies with by-laws sometimes create. Our events are premised on the quintessentially basic American concept of individual responsibility. "He who governs least, governs best."
This site is a simple photo record of some of the areas where DWW has been in recent months. DWW events are by invitation only and are purposefully limited to enhance the driving experience at each venue. However, if you are an interested carriage driver and would like to learn more about us please visit <www.DelmarvaWhipsandWheels.homestead.com >, send us a photo of your turn-out (DelmarvaWhipsandWheels@comcast.net) and tell us more about yourself.
